Swiss made

Exclusively Swiss manufacturing choices

According to the definition in Section 1.a of the "Swiss Made" Order, a watch is deemed to be Swiss if its movement is Swiss, if it was cased-up in Switzerland and if its manufacturer has the final inspection carried out in Switzerland.

The restrictions currently imposed by the legislation are ridiculously weak. Despite possessing virtually no added value from Switzerland, a product can be certified as "Swiss Made".

To guarantee the credibility, satisfaction and intrinsic value of a true luxury Swiss timepiece, Marcel Bouvier has decided to create timepieces which have had at least 85% of their value added in Switzerland and in the medium term, to offer watches entirely (100%) manufactured in Switzerland.
