Terms and conditions of sale

By placing an order, the purchaser undertakes to respect the conditions set out below:

1. Our price include VAT in Switzerland and are exclusive of taxes for other countries.
2. The shipping fees and transport insurance are paid by Marcel Bouvier Manufacture SA.
3. Taxes applicable outside of Switzerland are paid by the customer
4. The goods must be checked by the purchaser as soon as they are received. Claims are only admissible within 10 days of receipt.
5. The delivery and shipping lead times given in the order confirmations are only an estimate. Under no circumstances may compensation be claimed for a delay to delivery.
6. If the goods supplied are acknowledged to be defective, the purchaser only has the right to request replacement; no other compensation may be claimed.
7. In the event of a dispute, the place of enforcement and jurisdiction is Porrentruy (Canton of Jura, Switzerland).
8. The French text takes precedence over translated versions.
